You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and transaction PIN. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable except in cases of failed transactions where your wallet was debited. Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your wallet. All transactions are final once successfully processed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on provider rates. Your membership level determines your pricing tier. Upgrading your membership is non-refundable.
Referral commissions are credited to your wallet upon qualifying actions (upgrades and purchases by referred users). We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
You may not use our platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any illegal purpose. Accounts found in violation will be suspended or terminated without refund.
CustomVTUSCript is not liable for any losses resulting from network provider failures, delayed deliveries, or service outages beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Remaining wallet balance on terminated accounts may be forfeited if the termination is due to fraud or abuse.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
